Payments

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once the project has been completed and all outstanding payments have been received, full ownership of the completed manuscript and related deliverables belongs to the client.

The Books Authors does not claim ownership of your original ideas, manuscripts, or published work. Any design files or marketing materials created specifically for your project may only be used for your book and related promotional purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project materials, and timely feedback throughout the production process.

Delays in providing requested content, approvals, or revisions may affect the agreed delivery schedule. The Books Authors cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Revisions

Most of our services include a specified number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

Revision requests beyond the included limit or requests involving significant project changes may require additional charges. We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback to help us achieve the desired results efficiently.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of every client and treat all manuscripts, project files, and personal information as confidential.

Your materials will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your permission unless required by applicable law.

Project Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided at the beginning of each project. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, or delays in receiving client feedback.

If unexpected circumstances affect the timeline, we will communicate promptly and provide an updated delivery schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy

If a cancellation request is received before production begins, a partial refund may be considered after reviewing the project status and any work already completed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Termination

In such cases, clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
